- There will be a minimum two-week transition period before you can move into your new role (unless other arrangements are made between current and future manager). Transition periods can exceed two weeks and will be dependent on your location. For US-based colleagues, the transition period should not last longer than 4 weeks.
- Transition date and plans will be agreed upon by the current and future manager and communicated to you.
- The Talent Acquisition Partner will work with our Candidate Experience Team and the hiring manager to coordinate and process your move in Workday.
- We recommend that you work closely with your current and future manager during your transition period to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
